Contact Form Error Message

I am using the free version of Brizy for WordPress and have a basic contact form on my page.  I'm just using WordPress for the email.

 

When I submit a message, I get the error message that it didn't send.  However, the email is sending.

 

I've updated Brizy, WordPress, and PHP and am not sure what else to troubleshoot here.

  This seems to have self-healed once the SSL Certificate came through.  I'm guessing it was related.

   

  I'll raise again with a link if it reoccurs.

  Hi Paul,

  can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.1.5 and PRO 2.1.3? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you check this with a different contact plugin? For example, the most popular: Contact form 7

  Hi Daniela,

  may I know what sending method do you use? WordPress, SMTP or Gmail? Please also send the link to your website so that we can check for errors in the browser console.

  Hi Daniela,

  Can you please create a new form (added from the sidebar) on the same page and set up just one send method there, either WordPress or Gmail. If the problem persists we will inspect this in your dashboard.
