Brizy cloud account issues

I bought the yearly Brizy licence and have been using it for Wordpress. First of all, I'd like to say I love what you're doing and want to make this work, but I'm having issues that need to be resolved.
I started using the Cloud version to create my pages and sync them to my Wordpress installations.
I'm having the following issues:
Projects I've created "disappear" after I'm being asked to relog into Cloud.
1. I created https://blueberry3756145.brizy.site/. The page was published and saved as a layout. Then I was asked to re-log in and my project had gone from the dashboard and showed I had 0 projects saved. My layout had disappeared too.
2. Last night I re-created the page and published it again: https://blackcurrant3757193.brizy.site/. It was also saved as a layout. It was showing in the dashboard and as a saved layout. This morning, when I signed in, it was all gone again.
I also synced my Wordpress site with Brizy Cloud and when I logged into WP last night I could not see my saved layout showing up in WP.
I thought it may be due to my licence not allowing syncing so I ended up upgrading to a LTD licence. This did not change anything.
My WP installation has ALL updated plugins, themes and WP, including Brizy free and Brizy pro.
Can you please help me troubleshoot?

Hi Sylvie,
We checked this project and it was created from a guest account. Please make sure you enter your login details when you log in to Brizy Cloud because at the first click of "Log in" you are redirected to a guest account: https://jmp.sh/da9X3QP

Hi Alex,
This is very confusing and doesn't make sense. When we login, we should log into our account straight away. Lots of people are going to get caught with this. I spent a whole day trying to work out what was happening.
Might be something you can request to be changed?

Yes, we are aware of this confusion and are working to change the entire membership system.
