Video does not start on some devices.

I made a page for a client and he said that for some visitors of the page the video does not start. It was at least 10 complaints.

  Hi,

  Can you please give us more details? What devices? What video? Video background or video element? Do you have a link so we can check that?

  btw: can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.13 and PRO 2.0.6?? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?
