Can I delete images and shorten copy for mobile, but have longer, bigger verbiage for desktop?

I am trying to shorten the mobile version of my site down by deleting unnecessary images and copy, but there is no option to delete rows or columns. Is this impossible to do?

  Hello!

  No, you can not delete columns, rows or elements. The page structure should be the same for desktop/mobile.
