    If you want to change the email address of your Brizy account, you can try to go to https://www.brizy.io/account/profile (log-in Brizy account with this email) and from there change the current email.

    Could you please give us more details? The video you send us isn't a bit hazy. Could you please say us what email did you use for tracking support activities? How do you set this?     We encounter that on your account you have attached 3 different emails, see here, did you need all of them? As you can see the last email isn't verified, therefore, you have to approve it from the Brizy account.

We found that you exactly with this email do you have some troubles. If you need it, please access it and approve it.
