Hi Brizy.

I have read ALL your Trello info, so please kindly do not re-direct me to Trello as i need real answers from a human being there, as I am considering Brizy Cloud for purchase, please see below my questions:

1. Back in April, Brizy founders did a webinar regarding "the future of Brizy.Cloud with CMS". When do you expect this to be ready, and at what price? Please do not say "soon, or in the near future". Please confirm specific timeframe for this to be ready.

2. I am not interested in WP, only Cloud. So your current LTD PRO license which allows White-Label for WP isn´t my thing. Will you launch a LTD plan for Cloud only, how much will it be, and crucially, WHEN will this be ready? (again, please don´t say "soon", that´s just not actionable here).

3. I want to offer my clients the Cloud builder, fully white-label, with CMS. So my clients can login to their own website via mydomain.com, and edit as they please, etc.. Similar to your WaaS product, but Cloud. And incorporating CMS too. Is this ready, will this be launched? How much will it be, and when/date do you plan to launch it by?

4. I bought 5 Appsumo codes which gave me 15 cloud sites among other features. But I haven´t published anything yet, because i realized afterwards, i would be pursuing the LTD on Cloud, fully white-label and with CMS (as highlighted in point 3 above). Is it possible to exchange the $245 that i have already spent, and credit it toward a LTD Cloud license with white-label and CMS? Basically, deducting $245 from the total cost of the LTD. If it is, then i´m in.

    Hi, I'm Dimi one of the founders. All the replies here are made by humans, just a small disclaimer :).

    1. I know you need hard dead lines. I can't give that sorry, because we don't really know them. We are working on it and when it will be ready we'll annouce it. Most likley by the end of the year, or early next year. Regarding the cash, I'm not sure it will cost anything, Blogging will be added in Brizy PRO, if you have a Brizy PRO plan you'll get access to the blogging part. 

    2. we are discussing about separating the Brizy Cloud and WordPress so customers could buy them separately and we are also discussing creating a LTD for Brizy Cloud (with limitations on traffic, we can't do unlimited Lifetime hosting I'm afraid.). The price will be somewhere around $399, but we are still discussing about it. And it will be vailable by the end of the year.

    3. The White label feature is in the works right now. If everything goes according to plan, we'll have that early 2021 and it will be around $39 per month + a fee/month for each upgrade to PRO. You'll sell the plans we have, but you'll be able to set the prices. This is still in development and we are still talking about it, I know you want everything as precise as possible but I don't even have everything as precise as possible yet :) 

    4. Sorry we can't do that. The reason is the codes were not purchased from us, but from AppSumo, not sure you know AppSumo splits the % and we get only part of the money, so even if it seems from your side that an upgrade makes sense unfortunately from where we stand it doesn't. If you would have purchased the codes from us for example the upgrade would have been possible without any problem. What we can do is offer you a discount since you got a deal from us but that's about it.

    Thank you for the info.

    As Brizy Cloud "Studio" plan license holder, will i be able to upgrade to Brizy Cloud LTD when the Cloud LTD is ready at the end of the year?

    (if i just spend $99 now on Studio, but the LTD is ready in just 3 months or so, will you do a pro-rata discount to upgrade from Studio to LTD?

    Hi,

    You can upgrade from Studio to the Lifetime license in your Brizy account, and you'll only pay the difference. But keep in mind that the number of lifetime licenses is limited and at the time of writing they are 275. You will only be able to upgrade if lifetime licenses are available :).
