Medica Theme Slider not working from Themefuse

Good Afternoon, im getting a blank page on the slider menu inside the dashboard so I am unable to edit either the slider or even the links connected to the slider... can you assist with solving this issue?

Please ask if you need anything so I can better relay any specifics to you...

  Hi,

  I would like to help you with the problem you encounter in the ThemeFuse theme but since March 1, 2020, we cancelled the support for ThemeFuse themes. I can recommend re-creating this page in Brizy. We have 400+ premade blocks, 41 layouts and a lot of elements that will help you with this. Also, for you as a ThemeFuse user, we can offer 2 years access to Brizy Pro. For this, we will need the email of the Brizy account and ThemeFuse account.

  Hello Sandra, Im just following up on the Brizy Pro option for 2 years you mentioned so that I may use a working theme in place of the Medica theme...?

  Please let me know if this can be opened up in my account portal?

  Could you please provide your email of the Themefuse account and the email of the Brizy account? We will check the ThemeFuse account and is all would be fine, we will add into your Brizy account the license for using Brizy Pro for 2 years.
