Arabic texts disappear

More than once, all the Arabic text on the page disappear, when my friend opens the page to modify it using his wordpress username

We are using Astra Theme

And we enter from Mac and Windows computers

  Before moving to the next step and inspect the problem please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.12 and PRO 2.0.6
