Subfolder for blog posts

Hello, 

I created a website for my small law firm. And, along with the website, I like to create blog posts. However, I was doing some SEO work, and I noticed that unlike other blogs, my blog posts are not in another subfolder. To be clear, here is an example: 

Example: 

My website:   

www.example.com

My current blogpost: 

www. example.com/myblogpost.com

But, I want to have a subfolder for the blog posts like this: 

www. example.com/blog/myblogpost.com

 

Is this possible?
