Problems with last update

When I'm trying to upload images sometimes the image doesn't appear in media library or on the page.
Looks like this:

  Hi,

  Does this only happen in the Brizy editor? Will it work well if you upload images directly to WordPress media? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?
