Are images created in the image editor automatically optimized?

If I upload an image to Brizy and move the cursor around and zoom in to only show a smaller portion of the original image, is this smaller image then saved somewhere in an optimized form? Do I need to do anything else to it? The tutorials on Youtube don't mention what happens to the altered image, or if every visitor downloads the original larger image. Thanks!

  Hi,

  yes. Once added to the Brizy editor, the image is adjusted and cropped according to zoom conditions and width/height settings. If a visitor wants to download the image from your site he will download the cropped copy not the original image.
