Disk Space with Brizy WordPress Plugin
One of our customers has a WordPress site using Brizy WordPress plugin. The customer is running out of disk space and upon investigating, we found almost 600MB and 28,500 files in the /plugins/brizy/public/editor-build/ directory. Many directories named like 126-wp, 137-wp, 144-wp, 150-wp, etc. Are these directories all necessary or can they be removed.
As a web hosting provider, we have not ever seen a plugin use so much disk space, except for the occasional website backup plugins, so I'm hoping this is some type of bug that can be corrected.
Let us know what needs to be done. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Scott,
Thank you for the message. Yes, we are working on this aspect and will improve it. At the moment, we want to ask you to optimize the site using a WP clean cache plugin, Image optimization plugin (we have an integration with ShortPixel, therefore we are recommending it); optimize the database (WP optimizer) and clean the media library from the images you don't use anymore and the first revisions from the pages and posts you know you will not need.
Thanks!

Hi Sandra! I might not have explained the problem correctly. The ideas you have will not fix the problem, as they will have no effect on the folder /plugins/brizy/public/editor-build/

Or, I will restate the problem a different way. Brizy's plugin folder is 600MB and contains 28,500 files. Is this normal? If not, what can I do to fix it? The items you mentioned do not affect the Brizy plugin folder.

Hi,
Wjat I said and the sittuation you encounter have a dependence. Maybe some of the directories and files are unnecessary and should be deleted, optimized, but we don't recommedn that the user delete some folders that he think are unnecessary. We don't recommend to delete some directories or files. But if you will run a WP optimizer plugin and WP clean cach plugin, they could investigate all folders and directories from the site and will delete the unnecessary ones.
Best regards,
Sandra0
