Unable to use any kind of short-code on my site.
Hi,
So I had the redirect malware installed and had to delete the site.
Now I'm trying to make it again, but I can't get any short-code to work on the site.
Can you help me with this?
The short-codes I've tried so far are for Wpdiscuz ([wpdiscuz_comments]) and Feed Them Social.
Looking to hear back from you.

Hi,
Could you try to use the shortcodes in the non-Brizy pages? Are they working there?
In the Brizy Pro (if you have it) we added the Disqus Comments, you can use it if you want https://jmp.sh/4b3XfQU.
Also, could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (2.0.10) and Brizy Pro (2.0.5)?Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
No, I'm using the free version.
Yes, my plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
- I completed the setup for the plugin
- Then I added the shortcode to the page where I want the plugin to be.
- I also 'turned on" the comments for the page where I added the plugin,
Stll, can't see the plugin, instead I see the text for the shortcode, see here
I used another short-code for a different plugin, and it worked, but not for Wpdiscuz.
Let me know what went wrong and how can this be fixed.

Hi,
Could you please send us a screenshot with how did you add the Shortcode in the Brizy editor?
If you add the same shortcode in the non-brizy page, is it display correctly in the preview? Thanks!

Hi Sandra, here's a loom video showing how I add it and how it appears. Please let me know what could be the issue.
The comments are enabled on all pages so that is not an issue. thanks

Hi,
How did you generate this shortcode? What plugin did you use? I tested the wpDiscuz plugin https://jmp.sh/12lWGrA but I notice it doesn't have the ability to generate a shortcode and use it on the page.
Also, could I ask you if you tested this shortcode in the non-Brizy page? Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
