Server sync not working

I have created this site on the Brizy Cloud:

https://avocado3596158.brizy.site/

and followed the instrutions to sync it to:

markjackson.co.uk (Hosted at Siteground - screenshots from file manager at end below)

But the changes I have made to the site do not appear at the sync site.

For example I have changed the background image in the 'Contact' section.

  Hi,

  I receive a notification fro. our developers. They need the FTP credentials of the markjackson.co.uk site. I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the FTP credentials to this site?
