Unable to use a www domain?

I want to host a Brizy website on www.example.com, but the panel strips www, and says that the connected domain is just example.com.

The reason that's undesirable is that I just want brizy to handle the landing page, everything else is done using a different technology. A big problem that arises from this is that Brizy expects me to enter an A record for the entire example.com domain - I can't do that, there are other things on that domain, I just want Brizy to handle www.

I also believe this is why HTTPS is not working for me.

 

Is it possible for brizy to only handle www.example.com, while providing https?

  Hi,

  In the Brizy dashboard, you don't see the www but it is available in the domain name. It isn't displaying in the Brizy dashboard because the domain you connected is "example", the www you added is the subdomain https://jmp.sh/ZL63BhU. 
  If you say that you have some problems with the HTTPS, could you please send us the URL link and we will check it? (we can hide it if you don't want to make it public) Also, when did you set-up the A record and Cname record.
