Problem with burger menu
Hello, we have a purchased version of ThemeFuse "REEL STORY" theme. License is registered and purchased with this email.
After some upgrade of Brizy version (maybe 2.x) we now noticed that burger menu in smartphone and tablet responsive mode doesn't work anymore , in any page.
Here is URL of website we built with ThemeFuse so you can test issue.

Thanks for your kind help.

Hi Daniele,
the menu on your site is created using the theme header so it has nothing to do with the Brizy updates. If you disable Brizy, will the mobile menu work? Do you have any optimization plugins?

Hi Alex,
disabling Brizy didn't solve the problem.
We found that problem comes with ThemeFuse theme "REEL STORY" and Unyson.
If I deactivate Unyson plugin, web site mess up a little bit but burger menu starts working normally.
May be some incompatibility between Unyson and Brizy, or between Unyson and last WP versions?
Do you give assistance for old purchased ThemeFuse themes?
Thank for your suggestions.

Hi Daniel,
yes, there seems to be a problem with Unyson/Theme and the latest version of WordPress. Unfortunately, our themes are no longer supported since March 1st so I'm afraid I can't help you much. Please make sure that you have the latest Unyson 2.7.24 version, as this may fix your problem. If not, I would recommend recreating the header and menu with Brizy. Here's a video on how you can do that: https://youtu.be/4u3g9nKYKFo

Hi Alex,
we have last version of Unyson but this didn't fix the problem.
Recreating header and menu with Brizy works fine but it seem I've to do this with every page of the site.
Is there's a way to have one header for all pages?
Is it possible to have a commercial agreement for customers of old ThemeFuse themes, such a PRO brizy license for just one template or something similar?
We have purchased this theme in october 2019 for 49$ and now we might have to redo most of the work for having header fully functional.
Thank you for your kind assistance.
Regards
Daniele

Hi Daniele,
as a Themefuse Customer, you can have Brizy PRO with a license for 2 years. In Brizy PRO you can create a global header and it will be the same on all pages: https://youtu.be/UZjpvfqG6QU

Hi Alex,
could you give me explanations of how to get the 2 years license of Brizy Pro with my ThemeFuse License?
In ThemeFuse web site I found a contact page for this purpose (http://support.themefuse.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) but it doesn't work.
Thank you and regards
Daniel

We need to check your Themefuse purchase and, once confirmed, we add Brizy PRO to your account. We have already done that, so Brizy PRO with a 2-year license has been added to your Brizy account. Here's a video that will help you get started with Brizy PRO: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI

Hi Alex,
Thank you very much. Brizy PRO is now fully functional and I will start soon to work on new global header.
I read this license key could be valid for 3 web sites. Is this correct?
Thanks and best regards
Daniel
