    Hi,

    Could I ask you if you have activated a Brizy license key? https://jmp.sh/22aLkXy

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    I had the same problem.

    Solved it by updating the Brizy Plugin first, then Deactivating Brizy Pro before updating it. This way the update went through, and I could normally reactivate. Brizy then picked up the license automatically. This way it's not too pesky while updating.

    I hope this helps...

    Best regards,

    Filip

    Hi Filip,

    It is important that if you want to receive an update notification directly in the dashboard and could update without some problems the Brizy Pro plugin, you have to activate the Brizy License like it is said in this video from 02:58 minute. Also, for updating Brizy Pro, you have to update the Brizy Free plugin.
    Well, great to know that you could solve this inconvenience and all started to work fine. If you will encounter again this problem, please let us know and show us please some screenshots of the problem you encounter but I suppose this problem will not happen again :).

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

    Could you please go to the Brizy -> Settings -> License and check if you have activated a license? If this field is empty, could you please generate and activate a Brizy License? For this you have to:
    1 - Go to your Brizy account;
    2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
    3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate it and the Brizy Pro plugin;
    4 - Click on the license key to open it;
    5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
    6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
    7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
    8 - Activate it.

    If the Brizy License Key field isn't empty and you still have this problem, could you please go to your account and check if your Pro License isn't expired. If the license was recently renewed, you have to generate a new license for your site because the previous one is already expired.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hey there all! It's been a while since someone spoke about the problem. It is still happening with Brizy Pro v 2.3.11. Although there is an active license, and active domain in my brizy account, and even after "deactivating" and reactivating the license, I got the same error message "No activation found for this installation".

    Deactivating Brizy Pro plugin, then updating it, then activating it again did the trick, but this should not be happening. If anyone from Brizy team can look into this it would be nice.

    Have a great day,

    I am experiencing this problem currently. How is it resolved? I have the exact same license applied to the exact same website, and yet when I tried to clear / delete the license and then reenter it I am told that the license # is already being used on another site. How do I fix this?

    Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.

    Hello Randall,

    Thank you for your message!

    Can you please confirm that you followed all the steps above and that you have this issue with the latest versions of Brizy: Free 2.3.28 and Pro 2.3.21? Thank you!

    With kind regards,

    Doina

    Thanks, Doina. Yes, I have current versions of both Brizy and Brizy Pro. Also, I found that thread in the Help Center and have done the steps described in it. What I am wondering is if it would be easier to delete the current license key (the one that I have used since I put up the site) and recreate another one. My only concern is that the license key that I am using currently is an Appsumo license and I don't want to delete it and then lose it permanently. If I delete the key and recreate it, will it create a license key that is covered by my Appsumo plan? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message!

    If you delete the license it will disappear and not be available anymore. Try to deactivate it from your dashboard then put it on another website. If you deactivate it - you are just uninstall it from the website it is and then you can use it on another domain/site. Hope this made things clear!

    With kind regards,

    Doina
