Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.12) and Brizy Pro (2.0.6)? Is this problem happen on all pages on some pages? Could you please send us the URL link of the page you encounter this problem? Also, could you send us a screenshot from the editor mode of this page?
Thanks!Best regards,

So looking into this on a test copy - the versions on Brizy show way off for some reason…
So the plugin doesn’t seem to update once whitelabel is enabled – as the plugin disappears from the plugin list to even see that…and as noted in the whitelabel docs - that is how it works.. Good to know... The site was running an old version of both…

I am having the same problem with Brizy wordpress plugin. Design is perfect and saved properly, but preview shows old page and won't publish the update. I have cleared cache, too, and updated my brizy, but no change. Any other ideas?

Hello!
When the update button is not working and you still have the old version in the preview:
1. The main reason for this issue could be a server firewall or any security option which blocks our ajax request to the server.
2. Another server issue can be in the file permissions from your server provider.
3. In some cases, there is cURIL error 28 for the compilation process, also can be fixed by the hosting.
4. At the end, we should check the php version.
I will create tickets for both users, Heather, Martin, please send us your WordPress credentials and I will inform you what is the problem in your dashboard.
Thanks!
Natalia
