  Buongiorno, ho un problema legato al mio account credo. ho creato una landing page usando brizy cloud. Andando su settings, pages e poi di nuovo su settings, sulla sezione "code injection" mi appare una schermata con scritto "validate your account to use this feature" con al centro un lucchetto rosso e un bottone rosso in basso al centro con scritto "send validation link". Ho alcuni colleghi che hanno fatto la stessa cosa ma non hanno avuto questo problema.

  In attesa di una Vs celere risposta porgo distinti saluti

  questa mail è del 3 ottobre, il giorno in cui ho fatto la registrazione, ho cliccato sul link per validare l'account la prima volta. fino a quel momento tutto ok. adesso questo link ovviamente non è più valido perchè è scaduto. Nei giorni successivi ho cambiato la password. Il login adesso funziona regolarmente, però non sono abilitato ad accedere al code injection.

  The email of your Brizy account is the username, the email you used to create the Brizy account (for example, it can be user@gmail.com). Could you please send it to us?

  Grazie Sandra, adesso funziona tutto. 

  Ho un'altro problema adesso riguardo il pixel di facebook. Ho copiato il codice del pixel nel Footer della landing page, subito dopo il codice di google tag manger, Facebook pixel helper per chrome mi dice che c'è un pixel sulla pagina, ma l'ID non corrisponde, ha un'altra numerazione. Deve essere lo stesso?

  Great to know that all is fine now with the account.

  Regarding the Facebook Pixel - from their documentation regarding installing the Fixel code in the site, you have to add this code in the Header of the page, not in the Footer one. See here https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755?id=1205376682832142.
