    Hi,

    I would like to help you with this but the problem you encounter is related with ThemeFuse theme and since March 1, 2020, we cancelled the support for ThemeFuse themes. If you have any question or problem with the Brizy builder, I would like to help you with this.

    I too have exactly the very same problem: I bought lifetime licence on Themefuse before, and Brizy then. 

    AS I AND CHRISTOPH AND MANY MANY OTHERS HAVE PAID LIFETIME LICENCE WITH LEGITIMATE MONEY, NOT WITH FAKE BUCKS, WHAT THE HELL MEANS ANSWERS LIKE "since March 1, 2020, we cancelled the support" ????

    THIS IS A SHAME. DOES IT MEANS: "YOU IDIOTS BOUGHT A LIFETIME LICENCE, BUT IT WAS JUST A WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY" ? DOES IT MEANS TOO THAT YOU WILL DO THE VERY SAME SOME DAY WITH BRIZY LICENCE WHEN YOU WILL THINK TO DEVELOPE SOME NEW PRODUCT?

    I THINK THAT YOU MUST SUPPORT AT LEAST THE ERRORS LIKE THE ONE THAT CHRISTOPH AND I AND SHURE MANY MORE PEOPLE IS REPORTING TO YOU; BTW ALSO THE THEMEFUSE PLUGINS UPDATE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED.

    KEEP IN MIND THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HAS INSTALLED THEMEFUSE AND IT'S NOT SO EASY TO GET THE TIME TO REBUILD SITES FROM SCRATCH - YES, REBUILD, AS IT'S NOT AN UPDATE FROM THEMEFUSE TO BRIZY, IS A REBUILD FROM SCRATCH - SO IT NEEDS A LOT OF TIME -  AND WHAT DO YOU DO? "WE DO NOT SUPPORT ANYMORE. GREETINGS?????

    IT'S NOT SERIOUS, AND I'M SHURE, I'M NOT ALONE AT ALL TO THINK THAT. 

    However, just to keep clear that I've absolutely no preconception against you, I think too that Brizy is a great product, and I use it with satisfaction. That said, I think too that what above stated cna harm your reputation on Brizy too.
