Private Tickets and email

I was asked by email to supply the FTP details for a site where there were problems. I replied to the email with the requested details. Nothing happened!
10 hours later (or longer) I was looking at the PRIVATE TICKET and could see the same request as had been in the email - but no comments since the request for ftp details.
So I ask in the comments and am told that the ftp details have not been received!!
Please make the request in the email CLEARER - something like: 'Do not reply to this email but send information requested via the private ticket' and provide a link.
This has led to serious annoyance and frustration. I am such a fan of Brizy that this has been a real disappointed. I do hope poor support is going to undo all the fantastic work you are doing with Brizy Plugin and Brizy Cloud!! Fingers crossed...

In the next time, please send the FTP credentials and other details we will need for checking the problem, the same as you send the rest of the messages.
