Builder Not Working

Hello,

The dashboard and all of the tool icons arent loading. I've tried deactivating and reinstalling Brizy and that hasn't helped. At one point I had Divi installed in the same WordPress account and I believe that was creating some issues. Can you please provide me with a simple step by step resolution to fixing this issue?

  Hi,

  Could you please make some basic checks?

  - Do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.0.10 and PRO 2.0.5?

  - If you change the theme with the WordPress default theme do you have the same problem?

  - Do you have the same problem if you temporary disable all external plugins?

  Hello Sandra,

  Thank you for your quick and detailed response.

  I tried all three steps and the Brizy builder is still not loading correctly. I'm a novice to Wordpress so I'm not 100% sure if I did the second step of changes the default theme correctly, but I believe I did.

  Is there anyway someone can take a deeper look into this issue on my behalf so that I continue designing my site and not lose more precious workdays?
