Brizzy Builder not loading
In the sub-account access, I have given to my assistant, she is not able to load any page with the brizy editor. It just keeps on loading and gives an error message "Something went wrong"
She had no issues earlier and the issue came in a couple of weeks ago and she cleared cache, changed browser but nothing works.

Does only your assistant have this error? What role she has? Could you please send us the email of your assistant Brizy account? On what project she receive this issue? Does she receive the same problem on other projects?

Hi Sandra,
Yes, she is the only person that has this error, as I am able to edit Brizy pages without any issues. Her role is Shop Manager and it has not been changed before or after experiencing this issue. She is experiencing this issue when trying to Edit with Brizy on any of my Wordpress site webpages.

Ok. This problem is manifesting on the Brizy WP plugin. I thought that it is happening in the Brizy Cloud. Could you please what plugin did you use for Custom Role? Could you please set to her another classic role, for example - manager? IS she receive the same problem? What pages did she try to edit with Brizy? If she tries to edit the WooCommerce pages, I'm sorry to say but at the moment isn't possible to edit and customize with Brizy pages, products and categories from WooCommerce. At the moment, we are working on the Dynamic Content for WooCommerce and when we will release it, will be possible to edit WooCommerce pages with Brizy.
