    My colleague Natalia, already send you a message in the private chat about this inconvenience. We still didn't receive a notification from our developer regarding the problem you reported. I'm sorry about this, we are very busy with new updates and features but we will strive to solve your problem as soon as possible because as Natalia already said we involved here the product manager.
