Menu Categories Missing
I just purchased Pro and am trying to follow this tutorial:

But there are no menu categories on the starter theme when I downloaded it. Should I just create one?

Hi,
Yes, the menu you have to create in the WordPress dashboard -> Appearance -> Menu by yourself. After you create the menu, you have to add the Menu element or Header block and in the Menu select the menu you created.
Let us know if we can help you with something else.Best regards,

As a complete newcomer, this video is very confusing. He has all the menus created, and asks the viewer to select the Blog menu. I figured the menus didn't appear because I didn't have the paid version, so I paid for Brizy Pro, and still nothing appeared. So after you replied, I watched a separate tutorial on creating menus, and I created a Blog Category, then assigned it to a page, and that worked, but now he says I need to assign the template to Include in Categories, but Categories doesn't show up, so I am lost again!
To just breeze over features in a tutorial assuming people know what he is talking about is not good technique, and I would suggest having a more basic tutorial that users with no experience can watch first to create a website from scratch using Brizzy 2.0.

Hi,
In Brizy plugin for WordPress, you can't create the menu. The menu you have to create in the WordPress dashboard and after this you can use the menu you already created in the Brizy pages. In this video, you can see a video regarding Menu in Free version of the Brizy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oE_XDsy6qa4 and here a video regarding Pro menu available in the Pro version of the plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4u3g9nKYKFo. Also, in the Pro version of the Brizy, we have Header and footer blocks that the same can help you in creating awesome headers and footer. Inside these blocks, you have to select the menu you already created in the WordPress dashboard. The header and footer blocks you can find here.
In this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWJEetL4f-s Dimi says that inside the template you may want to display all the categories and offer the possibility to see posts from a certain category. Therefore in minute 12:07 is showing that you have to create a menu with all categories and add this menu in the template. Since minute 12:07 it is displaying how to can reach this.
Best regards,
Sandra0
