Problem with URL

I have a problem with the URL on my site www.inweblife.online 

I create a button with a target about a page. When you clicked on then we are still on the home page. Do not redirect on about page. 

When do some from my phone and from the hamburger mobile menu click on about, I go there.

Again on my phone, when a type in address bar www.inweblife.online/about I go to this page but when I wrote this in my address bar from my computer, then every time I'm redirecting on my home page. On some time, when I click on the about link on the menu then nothing happened. Again stay on the home page.
