    Hi,

I tried to reproduce the problem you encounter but for me, all worked fine. See here. Could you please check again? We have a problem with the updating values in the text element for mobile and tablet mode. They are set with the values from desktop mode and if you try to change them directly from the text element, then you will have some inconveniences but in rest, the global styles are working and applied correctly as you can see in the video I made for you.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you for your message. What you replicated in the video is what I'm referring to - but when I enter the mobile mode and try to change the styling (such as the size, or line spacing) like you did, nothing happens for me; the text does not change at all. Please note that I'm not using the 'Keynote' styling like in your video but the 'Overpass' styling.

I tried to change the global styles in the "Overpass" style but all seems to work sine too. See here. Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4)? Also, could you send us a video with the problem you encounter? Could you please check if this problem happens if you have temporary deactivate all plugins and activate a WP default theme? I also, want to pay your attention to the device mode and styles you select. Sometimes, I opened the editor tablet mode but I checked the styles for desktop and in this case, I couldn't see the changes I made because I work with other styles.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

So, what you show is correct, but when I make changes to the mobile style when in mobile mode - nothing happens for me. It doesn't change anything. I'm indeed using 2.0.7 and 2.0.4. I've tried de-activating other plugins and it still doesn't work for me.

Another piece of information to add which may assist: My Heading 3 global settings for mobile are set to Size: 15, Weight: Bold, Line Height: 1.3, and Letter Spacing: -0.5. Now, when I change to mobile view and click the the text I'm referring to which has been tagged with Heading 3, the settings tell me it is: Size: 28, Weight: Bold, Line Height: 1.4, and Letter Spacing: -1.5 - which is different, and I don't know why!

    Hi,

Regarding the problem you mentioned in the last paragraph, yes we know about this inconvenience and I informed you about this aspect in one of the previous messages. See here. We have already created an issue on this and our developers already fixed this on the last Brizy Free (2.0.8) and Brizy Pro (2.0.5) updates. Could you please update the plugins and check if this problem and the first problem you mentioned is fixed?
If the problem isn't fixed yet, I already created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this problem on your dashboard.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
