My Submit button is broken

My submit button does not seem to be working at the moment. I'm trying to adjust it in Brizy Wordpress plugin but it just won't work right now and I don't know why.

  Could you please give us more details regarding the problem you encounter? What problem did you encounter? How is it manifest? Did you receive an error? Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you encounter? Could you send us the URL link of the page you encounter this problem? If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will hide it before approving the comment. Is this problem happen only with one Contact form or with all? How did you set-up the form? Do you have the latest versions of the Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4)?
