    Hi,

    Could you please make sure that you have the latest version of Brizy Free (2.0.7)? When you copied the license from the Brizy account, did you open it firstly? Please make sure that you opened the license key and then copied it. It is a common mistake of users, they don't copy the entire license and for this reason, receive the problem with its activation.
    If you have activated the latest version of Brizy Free and you have the full license key and you receive the same problem when trying to activate the license key, could you please manually upload the latest version of Brizy Pro (2.0.4) and after this activate the license key. For this, please follow these steps:
    1 - Delete the current version of Brizy Pro;
    2 - Go to your Brizy account;
    3 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.0.4) - don't unzip the folder;
    4 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
    5 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
    6 - Activate the plugin;
    7 - Activate the license.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hey,

    So everything you asked for is confirmed. I am on the latest Brizy Free and Pro. What you had asked for was originally done and I just deleted the brizy pro plugin and re-installed again with the zip, the same way I did it the first time. I don't want to try and delete brizy free and start from the beginning because the first couple of times i tried installing it I was getting a FATAL ERROR message and it wouldn't install. I followed the recommended steps to fix that (delete folders via ftp and reinstall) but that seemed to do nothing and I think I got extremely lucky that it installed (I was about to send you a message about that but as soon as I tried to recreate that error for some reason it worked).

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi, Nick,

    If I correctly understand the problem is already solved? or should we create a private ticket to check this problem from your dashboard? I asked this because in the parenthesis you write that you tried to recreate the error but all started to work fine. :)
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Well no, I tried to recreate the "FATAL ERROR" and that somehow worked. But still every time I go to input my license into Brizy Pro I get a 404 error. Please open a private ticket.

    Thank you,

    Nick

    I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site and the license key you try to activate?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi, Nicklas,

    I saw your private ticket where you said that you already fixed this problem. We are happy to hear this, but could we ask you what was the problem?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
