Can't Sync Layout from WP to Cloud

    Hi,

    Could you please try to disconnect from Brizy account and then connect again? If after this, you will still not be able to sync blocks and layouts, could you please update the Brizy Free and BrizyPro to the latest versions?
    Now we have the 2.0.8 version for Brizy Free and the 2.0.5 - for Brizy Pro.

    I updated them and I also tried everything, I contacted my server's support by the way and it seems like there's nothing wrong with them. 

    It's still not working.

    Console always shows the same errors whenever I try to sync a layout from WP to Cloud.


    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
    editor.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0



    And if I try to manually sync it, I always get the "Unsuccessful sync" message.

    Hello, I have the exact same problem. I get the "unsuccsessful sync" error when i try to sync from WP to Cloud. I already updated all Plugins. We are using Brizy Pro. I disconnected and connected the account again. Still doesn't work. 

     

    Could you please open a ticket for me, then i can share our Website URL.

    We are preparing right now a new Brizy update which will fix this bug on SYNC process between these 2 platforms.
