    Hi,

    Did you find this error when you updated the Brizy Pro plugin? Could you please try to delete the current version of Brizy Pro and upload it manually?
    1 - Delete the current version of Brizy Pro;
    2 - Go to your Brizy account;
    3 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.0.4) - don't unzip the folder;
    4 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
    5 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
    6 - Activate the plugin;
    7 - Activate the license.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    I hired a developer to re-design my site and she did so with Brizy. I don't know how to re-download the current version without being logged in as my old developer. Do I need to purchase Brizy Pro on my own account so I can fix this Brizy bug even though my developer purchased Pro??

    It looks like Pro updated fine, but not the regular Brizy. How do I re-download Brizy?

    Hi,

    I asked about uploading manually the Brizy Pro plugin because the error is related to the Pro plugin. Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4)? Where did you find this error? Could you send us the screenshot with this error?
    Also, could you please give more details regarding this part "It looks like Pro updated fine, but not the regular Brizy"? When you try to update the Brizy Free you encounter this problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    The error is showing up under the free version not the pro version. All I did was press 'update plugins' at the top of WordPress and all updated except Brizy and now has caused my site to look like crap for days.

    Where can I download new Brizy plugins to re-add to my site? I don't see where I can do this.

    Gail

    Also, you said to delete Brizy, but all I see is to deactivate it. Is that what you mean?

    I downloaded a new version of Brizy 2.07 and replaced my plugin with this one (unzipped) and I still have the error message and my site still looks terrible.

    Hi,

    You receive this error because you update the plugin from an old version and didn't delete the Brizy Pro plugin when you try to upload the new version of Brizy Free. Please follow these steps:
    1 - Deactivate Brizy Pro and after this Brizy Free https://jmp.sh/28UNhvA;
    2 - After you will deactivate both plugins, you will see the option to Delete these plugins, please delete the Brizy Pro and after this the Brizy Free https://jmp.sh/NjC3kFs;
    3 - Go to Plugins -> Add new and search "Brizy" https://jmp.sh/yVl57tq;
    4 - Install and after this Activate Brizy Free (2.0.8) version https://jmp.sh/yVl57tq;
    5 - Go to your Brizy account;
    6 - Download the Brizy Pro (2.0.5) - don't unzip the folder;
    7 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
    8 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
    9 - Activate the plugin;
    10 - Activate the license.

    After you will activate Brizy Free and Pro, the site will look fine.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
