    Hi, 

    Yes, we had this problem but we already fixed it in one of the previous updates. If you found the issue on the latest updates then I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Hello,

    Can it have something to do with the point that my Wordpress site is running locally on my computer with the program 'Local'?

    It just came to my mind that it might conflict.

     

    If that aren't the problem, I will message you the WP credentials.

    Hi,

    Do you have the site on the localhost? I Don't think that it causes the problem but in this case will be difficult to access your site to check the problem. Could you please make some other checks? If you temporary deactivate all plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem? Could you please try to delete the site cache? Try to log-out and then log-in again in the dashboard. Try to go to ShortPixel account and copy again the license and then paste it in the dashboard.

    Hello,

    Yes my page is on the localhost.

    • I tried to deactivate all plugins, and active twenty twenty theme instead, it still doesn't work. 
    • I deleted the cache with the WP Fastest Cache plugin, still doesn't work
    • I tried to log-out and log-in again, still doesn't work.
    • I tried to reset my api key so I got a new one, and that doesn't work either.

    Hi,

    Today we released new updates for Brizy Free (2.0.8) and Brizy Pro (2.0.5) and in these updates, we added a new improvement to the ShortPixel license key and now all should work fine. Could you please update the plugin and check if all is fine now?

    It doesn't work after the update.

    I will try to install it again when the page is done and online, maybe it will work then.
