Keep getting errors saying "this page needs refresh!!"

I think Brizy Builder is amazing.

But, I have one issue.

whenever I change the page.. after some time (ex 30mins) later..

I get this message.

 

"This page needs refresh........"

How can I fix this error??

Please help me!!

This is almost a deal breaker. I really want to use the Brizy Builder for my clients as well for which I need for stability.

  Hi,

  I already asked this question here but I will add the answer here too.
  This error message wants to inform you that you have opened the editor of the same page in another tab or you wait a long time for making an update. To avoid this error message, please make frequent updates (on every 10-12 minute) for the page and make sure that you don't open it in another tab or window. Also, please make sure that you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Pro (2.0.4).

  Hey Sandra, I do have the latest version on Brizy. I have been getting this message for the past 4 days and I can't update anything. I am the only one that works on the site so no-one else has this open. I have gotten our hosting company to boost our MB and am still getting the error message. 

  Any other things we can try?

  Hi, Samantha,

  Could you please try to optimize the site using the basic steps?
  1 - Choose a quality hosting plan;
  2 - Keep updated your plugins, theme and WP;
  3 - Delete the plugins and themes you do not use anymore;
  4 - Add a clean cache plugin and run it;
  5 - Use an Image optimization plugin (we have an integration with ShortPixel, therefore we are recommending it);
  6 - Clean the media library from the images you don't use anymore and the first revisions from the pages and posts you know you will not need;
  7 - Optimize the database (WP Optimizer)
  
  

  Optimizing the site and updating the page regularly will help you not to face this problem and also the site will work faster.

  Hi Sandra,

  I am having the same problem. I have a good host and used WP Optimizer, cleared cache and increased the memory to 512M as suggested in another post. 

  It seems to be stuck. I didn't use the site for a day and it still won't allow me to update without asking for a refresh.

  The site also doesn't have many pictures.

  Any thoughts?

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? If you have the latest versions and you still have this issue, let us know and we will create a private ticket for you.
