    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of the project? We want to investigate this issue. If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving the comment.
    Thanks!

Of course! how silly of me indeed. www.ansohypno.com

No problem with leaving it public

In particular we are trying to change the 'stages' page but I tried on other pages to edit to no avail. Thanks!

    Hi, Roderic,

Thank you for the URL, we investigate the page where you encounter this inconvenience and also the account but we want to ask you how did you connect the site? We suppose that you tried to connect it with Custom Domain method but the process wasn't finished because we encounter this and you used another method, Export HTML or Server Sync. Could you please what method did you use for publishing the site? If you used the Export HTML, in this case all modifications you made in the Brizy Cloud will not be reflected in the live site too. To view them, you have to re-generate again the HTML file, delete the existent one from the server and add the new HTML file. If you published using the Server Sync method, you have to delete the cache and var folder. Also, we suggest disconnecting the Custom Domain from here if you don't use it.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks Sandra, I responded by email to this but it doesn't seem to have gone through...

So actually it was a custom connection and the thing is that it has been working for several months without a hitch until now. So one has to presume it was correct then right?

What should I do now if somehow it has broken please?

    Hi,

If you already use another publishing method, we recommend disconnecting the Custom Domain from here.

What were your previous actions before getting this error?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

So I would disconnect and then reconnect to try again?

Actually the client has been the only one using the site editor so I don't know except I can say =for sure they haven't touched anything but the page editor on the 'stages' page.

Let's start from the beginning. I notice that your site https://ansohypno.com/ is running fine https://jmp.sh/M2dkOrH and I suppose that you already published it on another hosting with Server Sync or HTML option. Is this right? What method did you use? I don't suppose that it is Custom domain because in Brizy Cloud isn't register the Cname and A record https://jumpshare.com/v/y2DTw1bt7hPqkDxEZXTq. If you want to use the Brizy Custom Domain publishing option and use Brizy's hosting, you have first to delete the records (disconnect the Custom domain from first domain and delete from there the Brizy folder) from the first hosting and following these steps https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect- to set the Custom domain to the Brizy.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Turns out indeed we published the exported HTML to another server. My mistake :)

    Thanks for instructions.
