    Could you please send a message to help@paddle.com (Paddle are our payment processor) and ask them why they added for you the VAT for Brizy products? Also, add Alex alex@brizy.io one of our managers in the cc of the message.

    I've cc  alex@brizy.io  but he doesn't do anything to help. 

     

    We spoke to paddle and they insist we have to pay VAT. 

     

    None of our purchase from other europe countries requires to pay VAT except for Brizy. 

     

    I hope you have a good talk with your Paddle team. We have email back and forth for more than 10 exchanges and nothing came through.

    Unfortunately, we can not help you here. Paddle sent you a screenshot in which they show you the Singapore Fee &Taxes. 

    Paddle works accordingly to legislation, no extra fee or taxes are collected from our users. 

    I've sent you a private message right now (ticket #9168), with additional details. Please check.
