    Hi,

Could you please give us more details regarding the inconvenience you received? Did you create a new page and click on "Edit with Brizy" https://jmp.sh/tuyEjQK? After this, you receive the error? Could you please send us a screenshot with this problem? Did you create a Brizy template (from Brizy -> Templates -> Add new) and attached it for all pages? Could you send us a screenshot with the Display conditions you set?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,
I followed the instructions of the two tutorials that you offer, I have installed a wordpress page, any template, and the brizy plugin.
I opened a page, checked that it was attached to the Brizy template, and when I clicked "Continue to edit with Brizy", the correct page appears for a second, but immediately a blank page appears.
Could it only work with some templates? Thanks!
    Luca

    Hi, Luca,

Did you click on "Continue to edit with Brizy" on the page that was already created and edited with another page builder or theme? Unfortunately, isn't possible to edit with Brizy a page that is already created with the theme or another page builder but you can create new pages and edit them with Brizy.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra!

When I install a WordPress site, even without installing a template, it automatically shows one, in this case Twenty Twenty.

Immediately, without making any changes, I install Brizy ... and it doesn‘t work.

Does Brizy work without any template?

or do you recommend any template with which Brizy works?

    Thanks!

    Luca

    Hi, Luca!

With template do you mean the theme? In this case, I want to say that you can use any theme do you want. Brizy is working with almost all WP theme but if you want to create all pages with Brizy we can recommend using one WP default theme.
Brizy is a plugin that helps you to build pages, therefore after you install Brizy you have to create a new page and then click on "Edit with Brizy". After this, you will see the Brizy editor and there you will be able to style the page using Brizy elements, blocks and layouts.
If the problem isn't in this aspect, could you please send us a video or some screenshots that will show the problem you encounter? This will help us to better understand the inconvenience you face.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
