    Hi, Will,

    1 - Yes, we knew about this problem but we already fixed it in one of the previous updates. Could you please update Brizy Free and Brizy Pro? At the moment we have the 2.0.7 version for Brizy Free and 2.0.4 for Brizy Pro. If you have the latest updates and you still find this problem, is this problem only when you try to add a pop-up?

    2 - I'm sorry but could you please send us a screenshot with this error or give us more details about it? The URL link will be also welcome because in such a way we will be able to test this inconvenience. I tried to reproduce this problem but all is fine and the form recognized the user@gmail.com as a new user. See here.

    Hi Sandra, thanks for the quick reply!

     

    1) Yes, its been updated to the latest version for both plugins. It seems this happen "only" when I mark the popup as global.

    1 - Did you receive the same problem if you temporary deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme? Also, could you try to delete the site cache?

    2 - Could you please check what field type did you set for the first field? It is set with the "Email"? https://jmp.sh/qPRnSXy

    1 - I've tested without cache, cleared and with just brizy before and the problem still persist. (I'll run another test later)

    2 - The field is configured as per the image.

    Hi,

    Regarding the first problem with the pop-up, we could reproduce this problem. Our team are already working on it to solve.

    Regarding the problem with demo@gmail.com or user@gmail.com, I'm sorry but I can't reproduce it. All is working fine. See here https://jmp.sh/X2VviUL.
