Hello Team,

I got Brizy PRO and in the process of upgrading my website. Everything is going well and all of a sudden

Could not copy file. brizy/public/editor-build/152-wp/kits/resolves/block2kit5280.json

Can someone please help. Thank you.

I tried manually uploading/ installing brizy.2.0.7.zip, still no dice. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

I noticed that you try adding the Brizy as the theme, but it is a plugin. Could you please upload Brizy Free and Brizy Pro in the Plugins https://jmp.sh/7dFz78n?

Thank you for your assistance. I have tried uploading the Brizy Free (brizy.2.0.7(1).zip) in plugins and I am getting below error.

Could you please go to Plugins -> Add new and there find Brizy? Brizy Free can be upload in such a way https://jmp.sh/dDZxPuF. Also, make sure that you don't have already another version of Brizy Free installed in the dashboard.

Hi Sandra,

I finally got it to work. Below is the rundown of what I did

1. logged into my ftp using Filezilla and went to the plugins directory

2. deleted the brizy folder

3. downloaded the brizy plugin

4. uploaded and installed it manually within my wordpress

5. that resolved the issue
