SSL still not applied to my site

Hi. I published the site yesterday and still have no SSL certificate issued. While I realize it may take 48 hours, typically, it's taken less than 30 minutes for some of the subdomain publishing I've done. Here is the info - you'll see it's green.

My DNS entries are:

  Hi,

  Could we please wait 48 hours and after this period the SSL will not e applied we will investigate this inconvenience a bit deeper?

  Hi again. Unfortunately, it's still not deployed. This is a production site so I'm a little concerned about these timing issues. Please investigate ASAP and advise. Many thanks.

  Hi there,

  I informed our developer regarding this inconvenience and they notified me that you have a lot of A records https://jmp.sh/3pGC1Sv and for this reason, the site doesn't have the HTTPS. Could you please delete all of them and leave only one? That with 34.237.47.210.
