Not sinhronize block between WP and Cloud account
Hello Diar All,
I have Pro version 49$ and used in the WordPress site when I have created some blocks, that I want to save and use it again in the future. But when I click to synchronize between account from WordPress to Cloud, the alert notification says that synchronize don't complete. Then when I see in my Cloud account I notice that I haven't blocks which I want to save from WordPress. I have another account in Cloud, it's a free account with some email as Pro account registration, but with a little difference in the end - the first one is "com", and another "ru". When I open a free account I see that those saved blocks are there... Why does that happen, I don't know, but it's a much frustration for me...Please, give some help, Brizy!

Hi,
When you are in the WP site and want to sync saved block in the Brizy Cloud, you have to connect with only one account. If you connected with .com account then the blocks will be sync only in this account, even if you have another one with .ru. They are different accounts and you can connect only one Brizy account. If you receive a problem on sync, could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4). If you don't have them, please update them and return back to the Brizy editor. There I suggest to disconnect from Brizy account and connect again.Thanks!

When I work in WordPress with some account that I have in Cloud at the moment when I try to synchronize blocks, then show an alert "Sinhronise unsuccessful" and have no blocks
In my Cloud account have no any information that I had paid to Pro account
The problem is in you
If you decide to delete another account with "ru" at the end
I have no problem with this. I need from working plugin to can work

Could you please to disconnect from Brizy account and then Connect again https://jmp.sh/rq6lJ9Z? After this could you try to Sync again the blocks and layouts?
