WaaS program application

Hi, I sent my application for Brizy WaaS program but I haven't heard back. I want to upgrade my current lifetime license to WaaS license by paying the difference. Here's the full email I sent:

"Hi, as said I have already paid $299 so the upgrade fee should get deducted by that amount. This is according to your article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360024270751-Can-I-upgrade-to-a-WaaS-license-if-I-have-another-license-

"Lifetime to WaaS upgrade

If you own a Brizy PRO Lifetime license and want to upgrade to a WaaS license by paying the difference, you will lose access to the Lifetime license in the process."

Can you please send me a revised invoice?
Also what is the renewal fee after the discount? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360023945352-Is-there-a-renewal-discount-after-the-1st-year-"
