Search results excerpt for pages

I have my site organized in pages and not posts. When I add a search, I add the archive widget so that the results are displayed. It works fine, but I cannot show excerpts or page contents correctly. Excerpts show MENU and other contents (https://share.riseup.net/#9w6WevqZ4WUeU2ptW2NRmw). and Post contents don't work. How can I make this work? Thanks!

  Hi,

  I'm sorry to say but the "Post excerpt" element and hashtag is a text associated with Post and nor for Pages. For this reason, you can find only to the Posts. See here. We suggest using the Posts element for Posts.

  Thanks - it would be useful to have search contemplate results from pages and show where the string shows up in pages/posts. Alternatively, could I use a page->post converter and not break my Brizy pages? Any recommendations?

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, we don't recommend using a page -> post converter because it can not save the entire structure and style od the post/page.
  If you want to have a Search page to display all pages and posts according to a word or some words (for example you have the Search element and the user want to find "Healthy food") you can create a Brizy template and set it for Search Page. In the template, you have to add the Archive element and other details you want (header, footer, title etc.). After you will update the template, when the visitor will find the "Healthy food" he will receive the list with all pages, posts, custom post type where is encounter these keywords.
