Zapier to Kajabi form

I've tried several times to get the Zapier to Kajabi to work and it works with some success, but continues to miss leads when submitting a new contact. I'm using the Webhooks and followed the steps on the zap but everything a person subscribes I'm getting an email vs the person or I get an error.

  Hi,
