I can't change forms layouts or icons

I can't change forms layouts or icons. Whenever I try to change the layout and click over the form, button or icon the error message apears asking If I want to remove the element or open a ticket. What might be the issue? Tks! Ilmo

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Brizy Pro (2.0.4)?
  Also, here can be an incompatibility with another plugin or theme, could you please temporary deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme?

  i have same problem for 3 months, delete all plugins and tried again still same response.

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you received?
