Pb with code injection not fixed yet !!!

this is my last email from august 24th following my first support request on the 14th of august and i am still waiting from your help????

 

Please help...I am still in the dark.Do you guys finally get any update for a solution ?

  I'm sorry but could I ask you where did you reply? I didn't found the reply in the post you created https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360072385992-problem-with-my-code-injection-in-the-footer see here.

  Regarding the problem - We checked with the team this problem and we suppose that there can be a problem with the code https://app.birdseed.io/widget/panel.html?referrer=none&available=true&token=e80f283a65fb182c0ac8d392481ae4fa&live_url=https://www.marketingsocializer.com/&preview=null because it doesn't generate some content. See here. In the console, the code is present as you can see here but also this code generates the 404 - Not found error. Therefore we suppose that the problem is in the code and token. We also tried to test in WP Brizy pages and non-Brizy pages and in all cases the code didn't work.

  Thanks for your answer

  I replied to the email brizy support and not here , hence this must explain the no answer ! If that s the case , then i will reply in the post here next time 

  I  cleared the code from my brizy cloud page , reinstalled it , checked that my code was installed properly with birdseed and all of a sudden this is working again ;;;thanks for your follow up, i really don t know what happened??? the code is the same as before, might be the mystery of the I.T ???
