Names for saved BLOCKS and LAYOUTS

It would very much a step in the right direction to be able to NAME the saved blocks and layouts and then to be able to toggle the view between THUMBNAIL and LIST view. Eventually it would be much better if we could store our blocks and layouts in folders as well.

At the moment I use the SAVE LAYOUT option a lot and that section is getting very crowded and difficult to navigate and find what I want.

It is a BRILLIANT feature but at the moment not very user friendly.
