I bought but didn't get a license

I bought a lifetime license but I haven't received it to this day.
Brizy PRO Lifetime 299$

  How can I contact the payment or license department to collect the purchased product?
  The license should appear in the WordPress Licenses tab
  but it's not there.

  Hi,

  Could you please check with what email did you purchased the Brizy Lifetime? In the adrian@wysocki.elblag.pl account, we don't see the Lifetime purchase. Or you can send us the Order Id of the Lifetime license purchase and we will find with what email it was purchased.

  After the purchase, I did not receive an email confirming the transaction. There is also no information about this in the online account. I only have a confirmation of the transfer.
  I made the purchase by e-mail adrian@wysocki.elblag.pl
  Surprisingly, after the purchase and I saw the license and registered on it one page "wcisła.pl" but after logging out of your site and logging in again it was like a backslide.

  I see a piece of LTL license code on the website LTL******************WT5

  Hi,

  We checked and found that the license was purchased with the adrian@wysocki.elbag.pl and not with the adrian@wysocki.elblag.pl. See here. You have to access the adrian@wysocki.elbag.pl account and there you will found the Lifetime license.

  this e-mail address is incorrect there is a typo in the e-mail address. Is it possible to transfer the license to the correct e-mail account?
  You can't even buy such a domain.
  If it is feasible, please transfer the license to the correct email address / account adrian@wysocki.elblag.pl

  Yes, we already merged these accounts, transferred the license from the adrian@wysocki.elbag.pl to adrian@wysocki.elblag.pl and deleted the adrian@wysocki.elbag.pl account. Could you please check if all is fine now?

  Hi,

  For each site you create or will create with Brizy Pro, you have to generate a new license for that site. Each site should have a separate license. One license - one site. Therefore in the WordPress Licenses, you don't see many licenses because you still don't create them.
