ConvertKit Integration

I have a problem with ConvertKit integration.

The only option is to add the user to a sequence which is not good. In ConvertKit automations are triggered by forms or TAGs. Neither of these can be added via Brizy at the moment, which is not ideal.

Worse than this, when I create a first name field in Brizy it isn't sent to ConvertKit correctly?

if I put:

First Name: Colin

Email colin123@mail.com

The first name field in ConvertKit is populated with colin123

Or whatever comes before the @ sign in the email, not the first name?

I tried the 'autogenerate'option but then it adds a second first name field in ConvertKit which causes more problems?

I am at a loss and close to switching away from Brizy because of this.

Please help.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest update of Brizy Free (2.0.7) and Pro (2.0.4)? Also, could you check how is stored the lead in the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Leads? What field type do you have for each field? Did you set them correctly https://jmp.sh/wCPwRlT? Could you send us the URL link where we can check this inconvenience?   Thank you for the video. I already created an issue and sent it to our developers. They will investigate it and find a solution. Please let us a bit more time for this. These days we have some national holidays and our team has some days off.
