    Thank you getting back and this is a late reply.

    I tested the form myself and it work. 

     Is this an isolated case or its an issue for all who use Brizy Cloud PRO? Brizy Wordpress PRO?

    Hi, Arvin,

    I'm sorry but I'm a little bit confused. In the first part of the message, you said that you tested again and all is working fine but in the second part of the message I found the same problem from the first message. Could you please help me understand the problem?

    Let me start by informing you I have a Appsumo Lifetime Deal account and enjoying the benefit of it. 

    I don't know if this Email notification is a global issue or an isolated case. 

    The pop-up notification on the url https://mrarvinvgarcia.com works and I may not know if I duplicate it or create a new one will create the same issue.

    But what I know I am creating a website for a client the url is https://fcprivateparking.brizy.site/ showing the same issue. 

    I don't intend to confuse you and second guess should I escalate two different website but what I know this is an Email notification issue that I experience on these two website.

    As an example. I had a prospect completed a form on https://fcprivateparking.brizy.site/registration 

     

    It failed to send and email notification after completing the form. I can only view the entry on the lead section of a Brizy Cloud project.

    To summary. This is an issue on both websites I am using a CRM and its very inconvenient to login every time to check if someone fills-up a form. Imagine I check every project I create.

    I am hoping I shed some light on this matter. Awaiting your reply.

    I have many call to action button expecting an email notification and sent to an email address in which I use with Copper CRM.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but I couldn't find or reproduce the error you reported. Just now I send 2 test emails on https://fcprivateparking.brizy.site/registration and all seems to send fine, see here. Could you please check if your client received them? Could he try to recreate the form? Maybe this will help him too.

    Regarding this, I noticed that seems I misunderstand it initially - when is using the basic email method, on the email you will see that the message was sent from notifications@brizy.cloud

    Thank you for getting back to me. 

    The test CTA you've just made at the homepage works only in creating leads but id DID NOT create an email notification.

     

    Just to demonstrate how crucial is this to my business. Please understand this image below.

     

     

    The email notification is not generated. It would be tedious if I check the back-end for every website I create. I expect this is an automate. The website is https://fcprivateparking.brizy.site/registration

    Hi,

    Could you please check now? One of our developers said that sometimes Amazon blocks some custom email but he already fixes this inconvenience and all should work fine.
