Brizy cloud - Editing is much too slow on a large page

Dear,

Why is Brizy Cloud so slow when editing on a large page?  It takes more than 20sec to add a textbox on the page.  You even get a message: "Page Unresponsive: You can wait for it or exit the page"

It seems only to happen on large pages... but it's very irritating when you need editing.

  How much large is the page you found this inconvenience? What elements do you have on the page? How many blocks do you have there? Could you send the URL link?

  Hi Sandra,

  More than a minute to load fully.  I got an unresponsive message after a while (see enclosed) 

  

   

  It's a landing page.

  Elements on page: text and pictures in slideshows.  About 30 blocks, but most blocks are pure text.

  I have no URL because I can't publish it.  When the issue is only with editing, I can live with that.  The online version must be faster, because it's working from your CDN-network.

  Besides, I cannot switch (doesn't work) from the free custom domain to the subdomain.  My custom domain exists but there is no hosting linked with it.  Is that necessary by the way?  Therefore I want to switch to the subdomain.  This last issue is most important!  I'd like this to take this online this evening.

  Hi,

  I notice that you post this inconvenience in the "Brizy Cloud" therefore I suppose that you created this site in Brizy Cloud. Therefore, could I ask you why you can't publish it? What error did you encounter? If the problem is in that even if you publish the site with "Subdomain" method but the site stays on Free Custom Domain, in this case, you have to interrupt the connexion with that Free custom domain and then publish again the site, in this case, with Subdomain method. Could you try this?

  Hi,

  You have to go where you registered the domain and delete the records (Cname and A record) that point to the Brizy Cloud project.

  Hi Sandra,

  I come back to the very slow Brizy Cloud when editing.  It took me 8 MINUTES to load my page. A single modification costs me 2 minutes.  I cannot work further with it.

  It's a single landing page, it contains around 30 blocks but most of them are text-based.

  Why is Brizy cloud so extreme slow??

  My internet speed is around 200 Mbps.  Nothing wrong with my network provider.

  Maybe Brizy cloud is good for a short landing page, but NOT FOR A COMPLETE WEBSITE!

  Is there a solution for this??

  Hi Sandra,

   

  Can you please take notice of this issue?  

  A similar client, named Jeremiah Villagomez, who has the same problem, was also replied by you 3 weeks ago.

  If there are too many Cloud clients online, I think this must be checked asap.

  You can't edit anymore.  It sometimes takes 8 minutes (!) to just display the page.

  Page loading as a visitor is more or less ok.
